About the Position: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated RN to join our Heart Center Cath Lab team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years of experience in cath lab, cardiovascular, critical care, or emergency nursing. Additionally, an Associate's degree from an accredited nursing school and BLS for Healthcare Provider upon hire are required. Key Responsibilities: As a Vascular Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for coordinating all patient care activities in the Heart Center Cath Lab. You will use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the nursing care of cardiology patients from admission to discharge or transfer. This includes providing expert care and education to cardiology patients, acting as a patient advocate, leader, mentor, and positive role model for assistive personnel. Knowledge of cardiovascular clinical nursing procedures, disease processes, interventions, and pharmacological agents is essential.
