Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests with a warm smile and provide exceptional service from the moment they walk in the door.
  • Manage waitlists efficiently to minimize guest wait times.
  • Communicate effectively with managers and team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Answer phone calls promptly and direct them to the relevant staff member.
