  • Work with community donation, recycling, and disposal partners to dispose of items in an environmentally responsible manner.
  • Become an operational decision maker to run your route efficiently, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Help maintain trucks and equipment with daily inspections and reporting of any observed issues.
  • Execute marketing tactics to win repeat business, referrals, and new customers, promoting our brand and values.
