Job Opportunity

We are seeking a licensed and qualified Speech Language Pathologist or Speech Language Pathologist Assistant to fill the position of a speech therapist in an educational setting. This role is ideal for those with a passion for working with students and developing individualized plans to support their communication needs.

Role Overview
  • This is a full-time opportunity that offers the chance to work with students of various ages and abilities.
  • As a speech therapist, you will be responsible for assessing student communication skills, creating treatment plans, and providing direct and indirect services to support their development.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assess student communication skills using standardized tests and observations.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address specific communication goals.
  • Provide direct services to students, including one-on-one therapy sessions and group interventions.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students.
Requirements
  • Current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist or eligibility to obtain licensure.
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent for SLP positions, or bachelors degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent for SLPA positions.
  • Previous experience working in a school-based setting is preferred but not required.
Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $75,000 - $90,000, depending on qualifications and experience. The company also offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision, dental, and 401(k) matching.
