About the Role

Boston Scientific's Field Sales Associate is a key position that provides support to accounts as directed by the Region Sales Manager. This role requires maintaining market share at current BSC accounts through exceptional service, team driven directives, and clinical training needs for the region's team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate key account relationships with Physicians, Nurses, Technicians, Materials Management, Hospital Administration, and Infection Control through routine customer visits, product demonstrations, educational programs, product in-services, procedural observation, and problem resolution.
  • Work closely with Sales Management and Territory Managers to evaluate business conditions and sales trends, driving utilization of focused technologies and clinical excellence in respective disease states.
  • Develop and implement proactive plans to maintain market share and increase quality of service to customers, including service support with Region Manager and team members.
  • Assist in professional education activities sponsored by BSC, participating in on-site and field training workshops to recognize opportunities for communication and presentation of BSC information to increase sales activities in the region.
Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of sales experience with documented success.
  • Self-starter, team player, proven leadership qualities, high coachability, and ability to determine and set priorities.
  • Able to build and maintain strong customer relationships, energetic, enthusiastic, determined, and goal-oriented, excelling in fast-paced competitive environments.

Estimated Salary Range

$80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
