We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at LHC Group in Marshall, Texas.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality physical therapy services to patients in their homes, focusing on enhancing their well-being and improving their overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with supervising Physical Therapists to develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
  • Provide exercise instruction, patient education, and guidance on daily living activities to promote independence and optimal recovery.
  • Monitor patient progress, documenting observations and reporting changes to healthcare teams as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this position, applicants must:

  • Be licensed, registered, or certified to assist in the practice of physical therapy in the state of Texas.
  • Possess current CPR certification.
  • Hold a valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and have access to a dependable vehicle for travel.
  • Have at least one year of experience as a licensed PTA in Texas (additional state requirements).
Salary and Benefits

We offer an estimated annual salary range of $60,000 to $70,000, commensurate with experience. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k) retirement plan, continuing education opportunities, and employee assistance programs.
