Physician - Primary Care Specialist

About the Role:- Provide high-quality patient care for approximately 85% of your time, fulfilling all primary care needs, including acute and chronic illness, gender-specific PC, mental health, and preventative care, as well as coordination of care delivery.
- Establish a patient-centered practice environment and philosophy, engaging patients and their families in self-management and personal goal setting.
- Provide education pertinent to care needs and document the provision of that education.
- Notify patients of test results requiring action within 7 days and all test results not requiring action within 14 days.
- A current license to practice medicine in any State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States or the District of Columbia.
- Board certification/board eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, with experience in providing scope of care as described.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) or equivalent through the American Heart Association.
- DEA certification.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $250,000, based on qualifications and experience.
