About the Role

We are seeking highly skilled Cryptologic Technicians Interpretive (CTIs) to join our team in the US Navy Reserve. As a CTI, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing foreign language communications of interest, transcribing, translating, and interpreting foreign language materials, and reporting highly technical information of strategic and tactical importance to fleet commanders and national intelligence agencies.

This is a unique opportunity to serve your country while developing your skills and expertise in linguistics and cryptography. You will work closely with Cryptologic Warfare Officers and Cyber Warfare Engineers to analyze and interpret foreign language communications, and contribute to the success of our naval operations.

Responsibilities
  • Collect and analyze foreign language communications of interest
  • Transcribe, translate, and interpret foreign language materials
  • Report highly technical information of strategic and tactical importance to fleet commanders and national intelligence agencies

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $53,475 per year, with opportunities for advancement and professional growth. Additionally, you will receive comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings, and education assistance.

In this part-time role, you will serve one weekend a month and two weeks a year, with opportunities to travel and experience new cultures. You will also have access to professional training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and expertise.
