Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Pharmacy Manager to lead our pharmacy team and drive business growth while maintaining exceptional patient care. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a commitment to excellence in every aspect of pharmacy management.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and direct a team of pharmacy staff, including pharmacists and technicians, to ensure seamless operations and high-quality patient care.
  • Manage inventory, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, financial performance, loss prevention, and workflow optimization to maintain efficient pharmacy operations.
  • Develop and implement patient care programs to promote healthy outcomes and differentiate CVS Health from competitors.
  • Motivate and inspire team members by balancing assignments, addressing development opportunities, and reducing knowledge gaps.

Requirements:

  • Active pharmacist license in the state where employed.
  • Listed as the pharmacist in charge on the pharmacy's state license.
  • Submission of required information/documents to the state PMP administrator for access registration (in states with active PMP).
  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or equivalent degree.

Compensation:

The estimated annual salary range for this position is between $120,000 and $180,000, depending on location, experience, and qualifications. Eligible employees may participate in a bonus commission or short-term incentive program in addition to base pay.
