Cath Lab CV Rad Technologist

The Norman Regional Health System is seeking a skilled Cath Lab CV Rad Technologist to join our team of healthcare professionals. This role plays a crucial part in delivering exceptional cardiovascular care by preparing equipment, assessing patient conditions, and maintaining a sterile environment in a state-of-the-art facility.
Job Responsibilities- Preparation of equipment before and during procedures.
- Identification and assessment of patient condition, preparation, positioning, and provision of patient care.
- Maintenance of a sterile environment.
- Serving as a preceptor for new hires and radiology students, and participation in the orientation of new staff.
- Utilization of downtime effectively by stocking rooms, checking equipment, and other delegated tasks assigned by the Charge person or manager.
- Promotion of strong professional working relationships with physicians and leadership to ensure excellent patient care.
- Completion of 24-month formal program or military program of Radiologic Technology with American Registry of Radiologic Technologist eligibility and/or current RCIS certification.
- Previous procedural area experience is preferred.
- American Registry of Radiologic Technology registration, Registered and/or RCIS certification, Cardiovascular (CV) or (CI) and/or (VI) certification are preferred. Basic Life Support (BLS) training or re-training is required during orientation prior to providing patient care. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) is required to be maintained through re-training for the duration of employment. ACLS training must be achieved within 6 months of hire and maintained through duration of employment.
- $27.84-$45.46 per hour based on previous work experience.

We estimate the salary range to be $57,000-$95,000 per year based on a 40-hour workweek and an annual salary increase of 3%. The actual salary will depend on the candidate's qualifications and experience.
