Job Overview:
Solid Waste Disposal Authority of Baldwin County Alabama is seeking a detail-oriented and physically capable Recycle Technician to join our team. As a key member of our recycling process, you will play a vital role in ensuring that recyclable materials are properly sorted and processed for efficient recycling.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for sorting and categorizing various recyclable materials, including plastics, metals, paper, and glass. You will also maintain cleanliness and organization within the recycling facility, operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently, conduct regular inspections of incoming materials for quality and contamination, and collaborate with team members to meet daily processing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Driver's License (Commercial Driver's License required for promotion)
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs regularly
- Physical dexterity sufficient to operate lever, gears, etc.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed
