Customer Service Representative

Mass Markets is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role involves handling inbound and outbound contacts in a professional manner, ensuring first call resolution through effective problem-solving and call handling.
Key Responsibilities- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and courteous manner.
- Research systems to find missing information and coordinate with other departments when necessary.
- Accurately document and process customer claims in appropriate systems.
