Job Summary

As a Warehouse Associate at Kinetico Incorporated, you will play a vital role in receiving and moving materials within our warehouse, ensuring timely and accurate processing of orders for shipment to customers. This position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Receive and move materials in the warehouse, including unloading vendor trucks and updating inventory levels.
  2. Process pick orders from production requirements, locating materials in the system and updating inventory levels.
  3. Prepare materials for shipment, assembling boxes and pallets according to customer specifications.
  4. Use the ERP system to perform queries and transactions.
  5. Conduct weekly cycle counting of inventory levels and report discrepancies.
  6. Supply and fill WIP bins and lanes as needed.
  7. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  8. Follow all safety procedures and policies.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED required.
  • 0-1 year of prior experience in a shipping and receiving environment.

Physical Effort and Work Environment:

  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, pushing, and reaching.
  • Frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds and maneuvering up to 100 pounds with a dolly.
  • Frequently exposed to oil and noise.
  • Exposure to heat or cold due to seasonal changes.
