We are seeking a highly skilled Radiation Technologist to join our team in Urbana, Illinois. As a key member of our Cath Lab team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our facility.
Job SummaryThis 13-week contract position offers a unique opportunity for a motivated and experienced Radiation Technologist to work with our esteemed clients. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
Key Responsibilities- Patient Care: Provide individualized attention to patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being throughout procedures.
- Collaboration: Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare specialists to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Clinical Skills: Utilize advanced radiologic technologies to obtain high-quality images, utilizing critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address any challenges that may arise.
- Documentation: Accurately record patient information, medical histories, and treatment plans in a timely and secure manner.
- Education: Possess a degree from an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
- Experience: Minimum one to three years of experience as a Radiation Technologist, preferably in an interventional radiology setting.
- Certifications: Hold current certifications in radiologic technology, such as ARRT or NMTCB.
- Skills: Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with patients, colleagues, and medical staff; possess excellent time management and organizational skills.
