Cybersecurity Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Engineer to join our team at CLPS Global. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the security posture of our enterprise network.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of network security principles, protocols, and technologies. You will work closely with our infrastructure and application teams to conduct security reviews, vulnerability assessments, and remediation efforts.

• Design and implement secure network architectures, including SD WAN, routing, switching, and firewalls
• Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments to identify potential risks
• Collaborate with our SOC/NOC operations center to ensure timely threat mitigation and incident response
• Implement and manage security tools, including SIEM, DLP, email security, and endpoint detection and response
• Develop and maintain network hardening guidelines and assessment reports
• Provide system support and maintenance in alignment with our Network and Cybersecurity Service Delivery model

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 11-15 years of relevant experience in network security engineering
• Expertise in various security products, including firewalls, URL filtering, information security, and virus protection
• Deep knowledge of infrastructure network and security, including SD WAN, routing, switching, firewalls, load balancers, cloud networking, and cybersecurity

• Commercial acumen to provide cost-effective security solutions
• Enthusiasm for staying up-to-date with the latest security threats and solutions
• Outstanding communication skills to translate complex IT matters to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Previous exposure to Linux and/or Windows operating systems, coding languages, and/or networking

$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience
