Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join our Diagnostic Imaging team. As an MRI Technologist, you will be responsible for operating MRI equipment, performing quality procedures, and providing exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Operate MRI equipment, including performing proper care and cleaning, and observing and reporting equipment malfunctions.
- Be proficient with computer systems, including Radiant and PACS, and use them to identify patient exam history and input procedure requests and charges.
- Perform quality procedures in compliance with departmental technical procedure manuals or deviations as requested by attending radiologists.
- Select appropriate protocol and exposure factors according to body area, body habitus, and patient condition.

- Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in MRI, or the American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (AMRIT)
- Bachelors or Associates degree preferred
- 1 year experience as RT, RDMS, or CNMT preferred
- Licensed with the Oregon Board of Medical Imaging (OBMI) as a licensed practitioner of MRI (temporary license is acceptable)
- BLS from the American Heart Association required within 90 days of hire
