A Day in the Life

As a Part-Time Behavioral Technician with AdvisaCare, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one behavior therapy services to individuals with special needs, including children and adults.

You will implement treatment plans and behavior support strategies developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and document and maintain accurate records of client progress.

  • Implement individualized behavior therapy programs
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
  • Assist with client assessment and observation, identifying areas of concern and recommending interventions

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • Certified as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or willingness to obtain certification within a specified timeframe
  • Previous experience working with individuals with special needs or behavioral challenges is desirable
Salary and Benefits

Our estimated salary range for this role is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
