Job Summary

MetroHealth, a leading healthcare system affiliated with Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine, seeks a full-time board-certified/eligible Infectious Disease specialist. This opportunity is ideal for professionals interested in mycobacterial diseases, including tuberculosis.

About the Role

The selected candidate will provide clinical care for inpatients and outpatients with mycobacterial diseases, general infectious diseases, and oversee the Cuyahoga County tuberculosis program. Clinical teaching is expected as part of this role, with opportunities for faculty appointment through Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality patient care for inpatient and outpatient cases related to mycobacterial diseases and general infectious diseases
  • Oversight of the Cuyahoga County tuberculosis program
  • Participate in clinical teaching and research opportunities
Requirements

Candidates must be board-certified or eligible in Infectious Disease. An interest in mycobacterial diseases is essential for this role.
