Occupational Health Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Premise Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and promoting health and wellness in our on-site health center.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough health assessments and make differential diagnoses
* Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
* Prescribe medications and other treatments as necessary
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
Requirements:
* Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or Doctoral degree in Nursing (DNP)
* Current national certification as a Nurse Practitioner (ANCC or AANP)
* State licensure and prescriptive authority
* CPR certification
