About the Role

This is an entry-level position that requires strong technical skills and excellent communication abilities. You will be working closely with our team to provide top-notch support to our clients, resolving hardware and software issues in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

  • Provide On-Site Computing Support: You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues on-site, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity for our clients.
  • Resolve Emergent Issues: You will respond promptly to emergent issues, using your technical expertise to resolve problems quickly and efficiently.
  • Reimage and Support Technologies: You will work closely with our team to reimage and support various technologies and laptops, ensuring they are up-to-date and running smoothly.
  • Provide Prompt Response to IT Service Requests: You will respond promptly to IT service requests via phone and desk-side customer support, providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Hardware Troubleshooting Experience: You should have experience troubleshooting hardware issues, including laptop and computer problems.
  • Software Troubleshooting Experience: You should have experience troubleshooting software issues, including Office 365 problems such as Outlook not working.
  • Recently Completed Degree: You should have recently completed a degree in a related field, such as computer science or information technology.
Working Conditions

You will be working in a factory and office environment, using established processes to perform software and some hardware break/fix support. You will also be required to document new processes and assist teammates as needed.

Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this role is $$55,000 - $65,000 per year, based on the title, job description, and location.
