Job Description

We are seeking experienced Class A CDL Drivers who want to be home every weekend but still reap the rewards of an over-the-road driver. Longer route options are available for drivers who wish to be out more than a week at a time.

Our hiring process involves three main steps: requesting information by submitting a form, completing the TMC online driver application, and reviewing your application with a recruiter.

Orientation & Training

Our on-the-job truck driver training program is approved by the Department of Labor as a certified Heavy Truck Driver Apprenticeship program.

Orientation takes place over two weeks at one of our training facilities, followed by four weeks of over-the-road (OTR) training with a Driver Trainer.

This comprehensive training includes:

  • Classroom instruction and hands-on load securement training during Week 1
  • Equipment familiarization, DOT Pre-Trip Inspection, backing, and driving instruction during Week 2
  • Over-the-road experience with a trainer during the remainder of the training period
Requirements

To qualify for this position, you must have a valid Class A CDL and no recent DOT-reportable accidents or DUIs. Military experience may also be considered for some requirements.
