About the Role

Penske Truck Leasing is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative Fueler/Washer to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles are fueled, clean, and safe for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet customers and provide exceptional service
  • Perform vehicle readiness inspections to ensure tires, fluids, and other basic maintenance items are complete
  • Help maintain a clean and safe environment for customers and associates
  • Build skills through training and hands-on coaching to perform minor repairs
  • Complete other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work well as part of a team
  • Ability and willingness to work outside
  • Basic mechanical ability and tool usage preferred
  • Basic computer skills
