Salary & BenefitsThis exciting opportunity comes with a competitive compensation package, including a base salary, a performance-based ramp-up plan, lucrative commissions, bonuses, and other incentives. Typical On Target Earnings (OTE) can reach $250,000 or more per year, ensuring a lucrative career path for the right candidate.

Job DescriptionAs our ideal candidate, you will be responsible for actively prospecting to find, qualify, develop, and close your growing customer portfolio. You will target senior executives and C-Suite contacts, presenting our winning value proposition and setting appointments for in-person meetings and problem-solving assessments.
You will conduct site surveys, review value-delivering propositions with senior executive decision makers, partner with our engineers, estimators, and support staff to create and deliver winning proposals, and close sales to exceed your compensation expectations.
Representing Ford Audio-Video Systems as the single point of accountability to your customers, you will nurture, develop, and grow key accounts, ensuring long-term relationships and business growth.
