Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our team as a Lead Visual Designer - Brand Development. This role will be responsible for designing graphic art, print, and digital materials to uphold the Bank OZK brand and inspire action.

This position requires strong design skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of visual design principles, typography, and color theory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mentor internal graphic designers and third-party partners to ensure consistency and continuous improvement.
  • Design print and digital materials that uphold the Bank OZK brand, including business cards, letterheads, and promotional materials.
  • Develop and provide recommendations for content that enhances assigned objectives, such as social media graphics and email campaigns.
  • Manage multiple design projects to support assigned objectives and corporate communications, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in arts, graphic design, or relevant field.
  • 2+ years' experience in graphic design, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality designs on time.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
