About the Role

The RN Supervisor plays a vital role in supporting the Director of Nursing with the delivery of efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes, patient/family satisfaction, and employee engagement.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, guide, and direct clinical operations of nursing units on assigned shifts, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, practice standards, and regulations.
  • Facilitate the implementation of the care delivery model and processes, mentoring staff, and coordinating communication with other departments.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain adequate nursing staff to provide safe, 24/7 nursing care with an emphasis on limiting overtime and agency personnel usage.
  • Participate in staff recruitment, new hire orientation, and make recommendations for employee promotions, transfers, and terminations.
Qualifications
  • A graduate of an accredited school of nursing, college, or university; BSN preferred.
  • Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing.

Salary and Location

The estimated salary for this position is $40.50 - $43.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. The job is located in Montgomeryville, PA.
