About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Executive to join our team at Workday. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business development and selling our cloud-based Financial Management solutions to prospective key accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead business development and sales efforts to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize sales opportunities and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and other key decision-makers
  • Utilize consultative selling skills to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
Requirements
  • 8+ years of professional experience in software sales, including experience in a team selling environment
  • 5+ years of experience selling SaaS/Cloud-based ERP, Financial, Planning, or Analytics solutions to C-levels within enterprise accounts
  • 5+ years of experience working within finance and/or with finance executives
  • Experience negotiating deals with C-Suite Executives to close opportunities
  • Experience building relationships with existing customers for add-on or incremental business
  • Experience developing long-term account strategies with existing customers
