Job Overview

Race Winning Brands (RWB) stands as a premier manufacturer in the realm of racing and high-performance components tailored for the automotive and powersports sectors. We are currently seeking an Accounts Payable Manager to oversee our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate, execute, and manage the financial strategy of the organization.
  • Guide, train, and develop a team of accounts payable professionals.
  • Delegate responsibilities, establish performance metrics, and conduct evaluations.
  • Supervise the processing of invoices, expense claims, and payment transactions.
  • Ensure proper coding and authorization of invoices in line with corporate policies.
  • Oversee vendor payment processes, including check runs, ACH transactions, and wire transfers.
  • Manage the organization's financial accounts, payroll, budget, cash inflows, and financial assets.
  • Administer the company’s transactions and liabilities while performing cash flow forecasting.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process enhancements and best practices.
  • Develop and uphold accounts payable policies and procedures.
  • Automate and refine accounts payable processes to boost efficiency.
  • Conduct financial audits for the organization.
  • Adhere to established accounting practices to achieve financial goals.
  • Monitor and evaluate financial accounting data.
  • Generate financial reports based on comprehensive data analysis.
Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

Experience: A minimum of 5 years in Accounting or Finance, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.

Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with ERP systems such as MAS 500 is advantageous.

Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to engage effectively with both management and staff.
