Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate knowledge of hotel systems (Epitome, Synergy, Vingcard) and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Provide mentorship and training to new hires and existing staff.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within hospitality.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Computer proficiency (Synergy, Nucleus, Epitome, Vision, GoConcierge, Microsoft Office).

Salary Range:

We estimate the annual salary range to be around $55,000-$75,000, based on industry standards and location.
