About the Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Long Term Care RN to join our team as a travel nurse. This 13-week assignment offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and make a meaningful impact on patients' lives.

As a Long Term Care RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a Skilled Nursing (SNF) setting. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the needs of each patient.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing wound care.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a RN in a Skilled Nursing (SNF) setting.
  • Maine compact licensure required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
