Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Procurement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our procurement department, you will be responsible for obtaining and evaluating offers, clarifying technical details with suppliers and subcontractors, and preparing and executing calculations according to target specifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Obtain and evaluate offers with the calculation management
  • Clarify technical details with suppliers and subcontractors
  • Independent supplier sourcing and evaluation
  • Prepare and execute calculations according to target specifications
  • Independent calculation of materials, subcontractors, and services for the trades of heating, ventilation, and sanitation or electrical engineering
  • Analyze the procurement market

Requirements

  • Completed technical or commercial training
  • Relevant experience, preferably from the wholesale or construction site environment
  • Thorough knowledge of the procurement market
  • Knowledge of a calculation software desirable
  • High level of personal responsibility
  • Good knowledge of common MS Office
