Behavioral Health Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavioral Health Nurse to join our team at Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Florida. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring the physical and emotional well-being of our clients.
About the Role:
- Provide high-quality patient care by administering medications, conducting medical check-ups, and maintaining accurate medical records.
- Develop and maintain open communication with clients, families, and medical staff to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Support a therapeutic environment that promotes safety, respect, and dignity for all individuals served.

Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with an Associate's Degree or Diploma.
- Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Florida.
- Two years of nursing experience or previous experience working in another position with the DJJ, IDD, or Psychiatric population in a group home or residential facility preferred.
- Valid Florida driver's license and ability to pass pre-employment medical screenings.
