Job Overview

The Chefs' Warehouse is seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating revenue and fostering customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and process customer orders with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues and meet customer needs.
  • Assist with special orders and customer price lists.
  • Collaborate with the outside sales team to address customer concerns and provide exceptional service.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in food service distribution, customer service, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
