Home Health Branch Coordinator

The Branch Coordinator role at CenterWell Home Health is a dynamic position that requires exceptional organizational and communication skills. As a key member of our team, you will provide critical support to our medical records and billing department, ensuring seamless operations and high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including admission, recertification, and post-hospital packets.
- Process and track orders, 485s, and other critical documents to ensure timely and efficient care.
- Coordinate with our administrative team to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Assist with accounts payable, mail management, and supply ordering to maintain a smooth and efficient work environment.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, patients, and families to ensure exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; typing and clerical skills essential.
- Minimum two years' experience in healthcare, with one year in home health.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
