Executive Support and Project Coordination

This role provides high-level administrative support to senior executives, focusing on strategic initiatives and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex schedules, prepare meeting agendas, and organize logistics for internal and external meetings.
  • Lead special projects related to healthcare data processing and platform management, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Assist in preparing sensitive data and analysis for executive meetings and discussions.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion, preparing materials for presentations and strategy sessions.
  • Participate in task forces and operational initiatives to improve productivity and efficiency.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of executive-level administrative experience, including managing complex schedules and leading special projects.
  • Proven ability to support senior executives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
  • Excellent judgment and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
Benefits and Compensation

We offer a highly competitive salary range of $56,200 to $112,600 per annum, based on location and experience. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, short-term disability, and 401(k) savings plan. Paid time off and holidays are also provided.
