Facilities Maintenance Specialist

The Facilities Maintenance Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our facilities. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and clean environment for our members and associates by performing maintenance tasks as needed.
SalaryWe offer a competitive hourly wage range of $17.00 to $24.00. Additional compensation may be paid in the form of premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
Job DescriptionOur ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also have the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time. Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining safety standards and procedures by conducting regular safety sweeps
- Cleaning all areas of the facility, including floors, windows, restrooms, and trash receptacles
- Ensuring a safe and clean environment for members and associates by performing maintenance tasks as needed
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent required
