Job Overview: Navigant Credit Union is seeking an experienced Credit Card Portfolio Management Leader to oversee the development, implementation, profitability, and management of both consumer and business credit card portfolios. This role involves strategic planning, product development, policy and procedure development, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

About the Role: The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in credit card management or a related field, preferably in a credit union or financial institution. They should be able to lead cross-functional teams, possess strong service orientation skills, and have excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Additionally, they must have the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, conduct presentations and training programs, handle multiple projects/priorities simultaneously, and deal with highly confidential information.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow both consumer and business credit card portfolios.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of credit card products, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with credit card analysts, marketing, sales, customer service teams, and IT support staff to enhance product offerings and customer experience.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you must have a Bachelor's Degree in a business or closely related field, equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted for a degree. You should also have experience with digital and mobile banking platforms, knowledge of consumer lending practices and principles, and demonstrated knowledge of laws and regulations impacting the consumer and business credit card functions.
