Auto Body Repair Specialist

The Auto Body Repair Specialist at The Boyd Group is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through meticulous vehicle assessments and quality repairs. This role requires expertise in disassembling, repairing, and reassembling vehicle components while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Vehicle Assessment and Repair: Assess and repair vehicles to restore them to pre-accident condition using various tools and techniques.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and expectations.
- Quality Control: Ensure all work is executed correctly by inspecting vehicles after repair.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Successful completion of technical school program or a 3-year apprenticeship as an auto body repairer.
- Skills: Ability to read job orders, work with minimal supervision, and use various tools required for the trade.
