Overview

We are actively seeking compassionate Certified Nurse Aides to join our growing team at LCS Senior Living. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.

Salary

The estimated hourly salary range for this position is $19.50-$22.25 per hour, with an additional $2.00 shift differential for hours worked between 6:00pm-6:00am.

About the Role

As a CNA, you will be responsible for providing direct care to our residents under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). This includes assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and feeding, as well as maintaining accurate documentation of resident care.

You will also have the opportunity to work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess a valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) licensure, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should also be able to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate a commitment to person-directed care philosophy.
