In this role, you will have the opportunity to engage with consumers interested in selling their current vehicles. Key responsibilities include:

  • Communicating with incoming customers and appraising vehicles brought into the store.
  • Managing all Auto Trader leads and Kelly Blue Book CASH offer leads.
  • Updating the CRM tool with current prospects and offering test drives to all prospects.
  • Demonstrating a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and setting personal income goals aligned with dealership productivity standards.
  • Participating in sales training courses as directed by management and maintaining a prospect development system.

This role requires:

  • A valid driver's license and at least 2 years of previous experience.
  • 1 year of dealership setting experience is preferred but not required.

Salary: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00+ per year inclusive of commission and bonuses.
