E-volve Technology Systems is seeking a highly skilled Data Dissemination Specialist to ensure the efficient dissemination of critical intelligence products to key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

As a Data Dissemination Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining adherence to established standard operating procedures (SOPs) to guarantee that intelligence products are accurately filled out, classified, and formatted. This role involves working collaboratively with government and multi-contractor personnel in a dynamic setting.

This position is an excellent opportunity to join a leading provider of Mission Operations, Information Technology Management, and Intelligence Analysis support services to advance National Security and other Federal Government programs within the Department of Defense (DoD), Intelligence, and Civilian government agencies.

  • Maintain responsibility for following established SOPs to ensure accurate and timely dissemination of intelligence products.
  • Upload documents to designated networks to facilitate widespread dissemination to key stakeholders.
  • Complete ad-hoc tasks as required by contract team leadership and government clients.
  • Provide expert advice and counsel to the organization in the area of expertise.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • No less than 6 years of experience in intelligence dissemination.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience utilizing Microsoft SharePoint.
  • Proficient with file transfer protocol (FTP) applications.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment.
  • Capacity to quickly learn new technologies and tools.
  • Proactive approach with a strong sense of accountability.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

E-volve Technology Systems offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $70,000-$100,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
