As a Patient Services Representative, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with healthcare providers, patients, and other staff members to ensure the smooth operation of our clinics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Scheduling: Schedule patient appointments, either by telephone or in person, and provide information about clinic operations.
  • Patient Check-in/Check-out: Greet patients, accept payments, write receipts, total encounter forms, and inspect for completeness and accuracy.
  • Clerical Duties: Prepare and enter healthcare providers' schedules into the computer, coordinate schedules as directed, pull patient charts, and file documents.
  • Referrals and Authorizations: Verify insurance eligibility, secure referrals, and collect proof of income.
  • Miscellaneous: Dispense supplies, notify staff when supplies are low, type notes and letters, and perform related work as required.
