About the Job

The HVAC Technician is a key member of our team, responsible for ensuring the safety and quality of our products and services. This includes assisting with HVAC plan layouts, installs, and maintaining and repairing heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems in our units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safety and Environment: Act in accordance with Williams Scotsman Safety, Transportation, and Environmental Policies, lead and promote employee health and safety results, and maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Fleet and Efficient Use of Resources: Ensure trailers are ready for scheduled delivery dates with high first-time quality, perform repairs and modifications, plan new or modified installations, and monitor HVAC systems and operations.
  • Customer Focus: Use the Net Promoter System to provide timely correspondence, ensure on-time in-full deliveries and returns, drive high levels of product quality, and build strong relationships with internal and external customers.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of computer and good communication skills required.
  • Must have knowledge and experience with HVAC equipment and appliances, hold appropriate licenses as required by law, and have carpentry knowledge and experience.
