Physician Empire is seeking a skilled medical professional to fill the role of Medical Director in our esteemed facility located in Eastern North Dakota. This prominent town boasts a rich academic atmosphere, thanks to its affiliation with the University of North Dakota.
The location offers an attractive balance between urban and rural living, with Fargo, the state's largest city, situated just 75 miles away. The scenic Devils Lake and Red Lake are also within a short driving distance of 90 miles. Our residency programs in FM & General Surgery provide a unique chance for medical professionals to grow and develop their skills. Position Overview:
- Average caseload of patients per day
- Open ICU access
- No requirement for backup calls
- Flexible schedules, with most physicians enjoying a seven on/seven off schedule
Compensation and Benefits:
- A competitive compensation package, including a guaranteed shift-based pay of $385,000
- A one-time sign-on bonus of $40,000 for a three-year commitment
