Job Description

As a member of the Thermo Fisher Scientific team, you will have the opportunity to work on complex projects that make a meaningful impact on a global scale. Our Clinical Trials Division partners with pharmaceutical and biotech customers around the world to ensure the right patients get the right therapies in the right doses at the right time.

Your Role in Our Mission:

As a Global Client Services Manager, you will independently lead a portfolio of moderate to strategic or complex client projects. You will be responsible for all areas of project planning, budgeting, progress monitoring, and client communication. Creative problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration will enable successful project delivery in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leads moderate to large, complex project portfolio, planning and delivering at all stages in coordination with global PM team.
  • Guides the client through the process end-to-end, handling portfolio of multiple projects for certain clients.
  • Works with client to outline and maintain project timeline and deliverables.
  • Develops and maintains client relationship throughout project and ensures addresses any concerns.
  • Coordinates vital internal and external business activities to achieve project goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 4+ years of experience in project management or client-facing roles; experience in pharma environment preferred but not required.
  • 3 years experience acceptable if holding an advanced degree.
