Quality Assurance Manager

At Power Partners, we are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our quality management structure, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality across our organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and procedures to ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulatory requirements.
- Lead and manage quality assurance teams, setting clear objectives and KPIs, and ensuring the team's goals align with organizational quality objectives.
- Coordinate with other departments to integrate quality assurance practices into manufacturing processes, product development, and across the supply chain.
- Drive the Non-Conforming Material (NCM) process, ensuring effective identification, documentation, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Champion continuous improvement projects utilizing Six Sigma, Lean, or other methodologies to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Oversee the execution of internal and external audits, including ISO certifications and compliance audits, ensuring adherence to quality management systems.
- Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and implement strategies to address quality challenges.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry quality standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of quality assurance.
- Facilitate quality training and development programs for all employees to cultivate a strong quality culture within the organization.
- Serve as the primary quality assurance liaison with suppliers, regulatory agencies, and customers, ensuring high standards of quality are consistently met and maintained.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Advanced certification in Quality Management Systems (e.g., CQM, CQE) or Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment, with a strong preference for candidates with a background in the relevant industry sector.
- Proven track record of leading quality improvement initiatives and achieving significant quality enhancements.
- Extensive knowledge of ISO 9001 and other relevant quality management systems, as well as regulatory compliance requirements.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and drive performance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on detail and precision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proactive and results-driven, with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands in a fast-paced environment.
