Bilingual Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Sol-Ark. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers and installers, resolving technical issues, and documenting cases in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support to customers and installers via email and phone
- Document received cases and follow up in a timely manner
- Cooperate with Certified Field Service Technicians and Field Application Engineers
- Use and maintain the support knowledge base
- Continuously learn new practices and technology that affect the renewable energy industry
- Work with industry partners to support integration efforts
- 2+ years of experience in customer support or equivalent educational background
- English required, bilingual in Spanish is a MUST
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to take ownership and responsibility
- Understand electrical systems (electrical/PV advantageous)
- Familiarity with MS Office (Zoho is advantageous)
- Interest in solar energy and renewable energy
- Salary Range: Hourly ($25+ based on experience)

- Location: This position is in Allen, Texas (Dallas-Fort Worth area) ON-SITE ONLY (Not Remote)
