About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Anesthesiologist to join our team at St. Joseph Medical Center in Tacoma, WA. This is a unique opportunity to work in a level II trauma regional medical center with 385 beds, performing procedures such as OB, thoracic, vascular, general surgery, orthopedics, trauma, and ENT.

Compensation and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a guaranteed salary of $500,000 per year, with the potential for up to an additional $50,000 in value-based metrics. A starting bonus of $50,000 and a second-year anniversary bonus are also included. We offer relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, and a range of perks to support your well-being.

Requirements
  • A completed ACGME Accredited Anesthesiology Residency
  • Board Certification in Anesthesiology (ABA) or eligibility to become board certified within 24 months
  • A State of Washington Medical License
  • The ability to obtain a DEA with full prescriptive authority needed for specific practice
