Salary & Benefits
We are offering a competitive salary of $65,000 per year, plus comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. Job Description
The HR Coordinator is responsible for administering and coordinating the day-to-day HR tasks within Maxime's. This includes supporting the Human Resources Manager with managing payroll, the employee lifecycle, recruitment, benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of related HR experience, a Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Supports the HR Manager in executing the Human Resources functions of all entities within Maxime's.
- Maintains and updates all internal HR documents, records, and templates.
- Supports department managers in the recruiting and hiring processes.
- Supports the HR Manager in the onboarding and offboarding processes for all employees.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of related HR experience.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.
- Exudes excellence in hospitality both internally and externally.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
