Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Home Team Associate. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and promoting a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockrooms, and other areas as assigned.
  • Assist customers with finding products, answering questions, and making recommendations based on their needs and preferences.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management activities to ensure a visually appealing and well-stocked store environment.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.
