Acute Care Nursing Professional: Med Surg SC Opportunity

SalaryOur competitive salary package includes a rate increase after training, based on prior healthcare experience. With median salaries ranging from $65,000 to over $80,000 annually, depending on specialty and location, our nurses are well-compensated for their skills and dedication.
Job DescriptionAs an Acute Care Nurse with TalentBurst, your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality patient care in a variety of medical settings, including Medical Surgical, Emergency Services, and other units. You will work closely with a preceptor to develop your clinical skills and knowledge, and participate in regular development meetings to ensure success in your role.
Program Structure- Part 1: StaRN Training (5-8 weeks) - Instructor-led classroom training, state-of-the-art simulation, certifications, and charting system training
- Part 2: StaRN Clinical Preceptorship (7-8 weeks) - One-on-one preceptorship, regular development meetings, customized coaching, and onboarding reports
- Part 3: Residency Program (remainder of 1st year) - Full-time role, mentorship, evidence-based capstone project, and ongoing professional development
To succeed in this role, you must possess a current South Carolina RN license or Multi-state Compact RN license, have graduated from an accredited school of nursing within the past year, and demonstrate self-motivation and strong communication skills. A two-year commitment to TalentBurst is required, with the option to leave early subject to certain conditions.
